Refunds

ONCE PAID OR TICKETED, BOOKING IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE.

Upon receiving the guarantee deposit, the client adheres to the company terms and conditions.

  • Fullpayment must be settled 35 days before the departure date; Else, the slot may be released and deposit forfeited.
  • Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund is provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights.
  • Immigration Process: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the package is non refundable.
  • Flight Schedule Adjustment: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. We accept no responsibility for any delays, interruptions, schedule or route changes, or adjustments related to airline services.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for 6 months or more from the tour date. This is a must for international travel!
  • The agency will not be liable for any personal expenses or shopping purchases made during the tour.
  • Tickets and Tour Voucher will be sent approximately 3-7 days prior to departure.
  • Itinerary may change without prior notice depending on schedule, local and weather situation.

I acknowledge and accept that I will not receive a refund once my travel gets forfeited because of immigration's denial of my credibility to travel.

I understand that Mad Sun Travel and Tours will not be held liable for immigration's decision, and their terms and conditions will apply. The Travel Agency also explained to me properly their terms and conditions and I have full knowledge about it.

In consideration of above, I hereby agree not to hold the Travel Agency, or any individual or partners of the Travel Agency, liable for any expense and loss brought by any circumstance. I will not bring any suit or assert any claim against the Travel Agency as a result of any action taken.
